Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch
Deutschkenntnisse C1
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Küchenchef in deutscher Küche
AdA-Schein
Sicher in Teamführung, Dienstplanung, Warenwirtschaft und Bestellungen

Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung der gesamten Küche inkl. Personalverantwortung
Planung, Organisation und Kontrolle aller Abläufe
Qualitäts- und Hygienemanagement (HACCP)
Schulung und Anleitung des Teams sowie Auszubildender
Kreative Mitgestaltung der Speisekarte
