How does Roj support my company in its search for skilled workers?

We take care of the entire recruitment process - from identifying requirements and searching for candidates through to integration. Our service includes the selection of qualified specialists, support with recognition procedures and the organization of language courses and intercultural training.

Payment is only due when the trainee starts their training.

We recruit international specialists for various industries, including healthcare, IT, engineering, skilled trades, logistics and many more.

The duration varies depending on the applicant's qualifications, recognition procedure and visa processing. As a rule, the entire process takes between 3 and 9 months.
